Every Quartel case is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If your case fails under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. Just email hello@quartel.store with your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
WARRANTY FAQ
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase — cracked TPU, peeling finishes, broken button covers, or magnet failure on MagSafe cases.
What isn't covered?
Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, damage from drops beyond the rated impact spec, modifications, or loss/theft of the case or phone.
How do I file a claim?
Email hello@quartel.store with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We respond within 1 business day and ship a replacement at no cost when the claim is approved.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is enough.
